Definitely helps to change your thinking. Instead of I have to go yo the gym…I get to go to the gym. I am choosing daily to try to have a grateful heart. I will be 75 in a few days…movement is key…

Absolutely love that mindset. Shifting from “have to” to “get to” is powerful. At 75, choosing gratitude and staying active is a game-changer. Keep showing up for yourself - and happy birthday!

I'm 65 and every morning I immediately on waking I affirm I'm safe I'm strong I have my power . I thank the universe for the new day and choose to make it magnificent and to accept all the universe has for me . Moving my arms I thank the day , my body , my home , my work and choose to be open to all the possibilities. I then accept my power , my worth , my joy and give positive energy to all . Not everyday is a super success but I have the mindset to deal with the hurdles . If I'm particularly tired (fibromyalgia diagnosis ), two spinal ops. and a serious hand op. and a basal cell and squamous keratosis removal all in the last 4years could drag me down but now I know to rest do a meditation ( Michelle's sanctuary for migraine and nerve pain release ) recharge and I'm off again ticking along .

Powerful morning routine—honoring your body, home, and possibilities sets a strong tone. Resting and using meditation on tough fibromyalgia or recovery days shows real resilience. Continue affirming your worth and radiating that positive energy! And thank you for sharing!

This came right at the perfect time for me. I was giving in to inertia. Seemed easier than battling through things I needed to do. So, thank you for the inspiration. I already feel better.
