Thanks! I did spend some time in the States, so maybe it rubbed off. Really happy the topics resonated. I'm genuinely interested in this stuff—partly because of my parents and father-in-law (they're all 79), and partly because, if we're lucky, we all grow old, and we should make the most of it. I can't stand it when younger people treat seniors like they can't do anything anymore.
