I clicked to find out the price and found out by doing so I was automatically enrolled for the annual fee. Please delete this charge. Thank you.

If you’d like to give it a try sometime, the monthly plan is a simple way to test it out, and you can cancel anytime.

It looks like it is OK . Thank you. Just may want to doublecheck your system. As it had said "thank you" for enrolling with an automatic check in the annual payment box. I didn't realize it was an automatic checkmark in that box without me doing it.

Hi Deanne — from what I know, you can’t be enrolled automatically just by checking the price. I looked on my end and don’t see any active subscription for you. Could you please double-check your recent transactions for a charge from us? If you do see one, send me the date and the last 4 of the card so I can find it. If a payment was processed by mistake, you’ll get a full refund right away.
