I feel like I spend wwaaayyy too much time scrolling…it’s quite addictive. So, for December and beyond, my intention is to move more and read the many books in my TBR pile 😁…thanks for the inspiration!
This was lovely. My intention is to choose love. This past year has been a struggle, with people not turning out to be who I thought they were. I will choose love anyway.
Thank you! A great piece- well written. I heard something a while ago-visualize what you want your life to be and eliminate anything that doesn’t align with that, as best as you can. I will look forward to reading and going through your thoughts, information and inspiration for 2026 here with you.
Thank you for sharing. 😊❤️ My intention for 2026 is to do what I have always wanted to do for a long time. To be involved with writing, photography, and sharing my work. Also to keep abreast on my health. In order to do what I love to do, I must stay healthy. Love and respect those who will also love and respect me.
I really appreciate your distinction regarding goals versus intentions..I never figured that out until reading your post..so enlightening thank you so very much❣️
Yeah, lately intentions have been resonating so much more for me than strict goals — they feel gentler but somehow more powerful and aligned. Glad this distinction clicked for you too!

You have inspired me to look ahead with intention. Cheers to a beautiful 2026!

I have been thinking along the same lines as you choose love, but real love. Real love grows. Genovina

Thank you for reading Sharon!
I became not fond of resolutions a long time ago. Why wait for the new year to change? On the other hand, why force it if it’s not a good time?
I love your focus on intention. If the intention is nourished, the change will flow naturally.

Less time on my phone …reading at night …continue working out 3-4 times per week and eating better
